Souseiseki (Rozen Maiden)-Guardian of Loyalty

Secondary Element: Metal/Steel (/ = or)

Serena (Pokemon X and Y)-Guardian of Generosity

Main Element: Ice (Mainly crystals)

Secondary Element: Earth

Rosa (Pokemon Black 2 and White 2)-Guardian of Kindness

Main Element: Nature

Secondary Element: Air

Iris (Pokemon Black and White) (joins later on after the first story, but in training)
